How do I use the massage gun?

Start on a low speed and place the massage gun lightly on the muscle you want to target — no need to press hard. Move it slowly along the muscle for 1–2 minutes per area. Use it before exercise to warm up muscles, or after to speed up recovery. Avoid bony areas, joints, and the spine. If you feel sharp pain, stop immediately.

 

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Once shipped, delivery times for US orders are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–10 business days ($4.99)
  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $75

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

What is your return policy?

Is the ice bath suitable for beginners?

Yes, but we recommend starting with shorter sessions (1–2 minutes) at milder temperatures and gradually increasing over time. Always consult your doctor if you have any cardiovascular conditions before using cold therapy.
