REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At RecoActive, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

  1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase
  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Items marked as final sale
  1. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at info@recoactive.com with your order number and reason for return. We will review your request and provide return instructions within 2-3 business days.

Do not send items back without prior authorization.

  1. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. RecoActive is not responsible for items lost in transit during the return process.

Upon return approval, we will provide you with the appropriate return address based on your location.

Do not ship any items without prior written authorization from info@recoactive.com. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  1. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@recoactive.com within 15 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos or video showing the defect or damage

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

  1. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

  1. Shipping Delays & Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at info@recoactive.com so we can investigate with the carrier.

  1. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no charge. After 24 hours, orders may already be in processing and cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
