1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment confirmation. Customers receive a confirmation email with tracking information upon shipment.
2. Shipping Times
We currently ship to the United States.
- Standard Shipping (US): 5–12 business days — $4.99
- Free Shipping (US): Available on all orders over $75

3. Shipping Carriers
We use trusted carriers including USPS and other logistics partners.
4. Tracking Your Order
Tracking numbers are provided via email. Information typically updates within 24–48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation.
5. Lost or Delayed Packages
Please wait 3–5 additional business days after the estimated delivery window before contacting us. If a package is confirmed lost after a reasonable investigation (up to 30 days), we will offer a replacement or full refund.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping addresses. Errors must be reported to info@recoactive.com within 24 hours of placing the order.
7. Force Majeure
RecoActive is not responsible for shipping delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, wars, floods, pandemics, or customs inspections. We will do our best to keep you informed in such situations.
